Orange Cake

  1. Combine cake mix, 1/2 cup orange juice, eggs, and milk in large bowl.
  2. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.
  3. Gently.
  4. fold in orange segments.
  5. Pour batter into 8-1/2 X 14-inch greased pan.
  6. Bake 45 minutes at 350, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool cake.
  8. Combine sugar, orange peel, and remaining 2 tablespoons orange juice in small bowl.
  9. Stir until smooth.
  10. Drizzle over cake.
  11. Allow glaze to set about 5 minutes.
