Crowley Chicken Recipe
- 1 whole chicken (cut up, skin on)
- 2 c. rice crispies
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1.
- Wash chicken and pat dry.
- 2.
- Heat butter in bowl large sufficient to accomodate largest piece of chicken.
- Put Rice Crispies in same sized bowl.
- Use hands to crush crispies to desired texture.
- 3.
- Roll each piece of chicken in butter to coat and then in crispies to coat.
- Place on large cookie sheet.
- (Line it with foil first if desired for easy cleanup.)
