Pear and Blueberry Parfait with Vanilla Pudding

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold water; let stand until softened, about 5 min.
  2. Meanwhile, divide blueberries and pears among four parfait glasses.
  3. Add grape juice and boiling water to gelatine mixture and pour into parfait glasses.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
  5. Beat pudding mix with milk in separate medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  6. Divide pudding evenly among parfait glasses.
  7. Top with crumbs.
