Spinach and Salmon Salad
- 8 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 cup cubed low-fat cheddar cheese
- 12 cup seasoned croutons
- 1 tomatoes, peeled, chopped
- 15 12 ounces canned red salmon, drained
- 12 cup green onion, chopped
- 12 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 14 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or 12 teaspoon dried dill
- 18 teaspoon onion powder
- Combine all salad ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Mix yogurt, mayo (Miracle Whip is good too), milk in bowl, stir to blend well.
- Stir in remaining dressing ingredients.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- When ready to serve, toss salad with dressing.
