Sweet Potato Souffle
- 3 cups mashed baked sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 12 cup sweet milk
- vanilla flavoring
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- For souffle: Mix all ingredients together, then pour into casserole dish.
- For topping: Melt butter.
- To that add sugar, flour and chopped nuts.
- Mix together.
- Sprinkle over souffle.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
