Sweet Potato Souffle

  1. For souffle: Mix all ingredients together, then pour into casserole dish.
  2. For topping: Melt butter.
  3. To that add sugar, flour and chopped nuts.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Sprinkle over souffle.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
