Pink Grapefruit Jelly Recipe

  1. Pour juice into a 6 qt saucepan, add in pectin and stir till dissolved.
  2. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil.
  3. Add in sugar, all at once, and stir till dissolved.
  4. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 1 1/2 min, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in food color.
  6. Skim with metal spoon.
  7. Pour into sterilized jelly glasses, seal.
  8. Yields: 5 (1/2 pint) jelly glasses.
  9. For variety, tint some green.
