Poppy Seed Cinnamon Cake
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 box super moist yellow cake mix
- preheat oven to 350F
- spray a 10" round cake pan or a bundt pan.
- mix your cinnamon and sugar together and cover the whole pan with your mix.
- overly season your pan set aside.
- in a stand up mixer or hand mixer add your eggs and extract whip till fluffy about 4minutes, sift your cake mix and pudding add to wet, add softened butter and liquids, and lastly poppy seeds.
- add to seasoned pan bake as directed on box .
- onced cooled flip pan over garnish with toppings of choice* shown is caramel drizzle and cool whip.
