Holiday Cherry Delight

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in ice until melted.
  3. Stir in cherry pie filling.
  4. Place cake cubes in 3-quart serving bowl.
  5. Spoon gelatin mixture over cake.
  6. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until set but not firm.
  7. Pour milk into large bowl.
  8. Add pudding mix.
  9. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  10. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  11. Spoon over gelatin mixture in bowl.
  12. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  13. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
