Filet Mignon with Sun-Dried Tomato-Garlic Sauce

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add steaks; cook 10 to 13 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove steaks from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add tomatoes, oil and garlic to skillet; cook 1 minute.
  6. Stir in beef broth.
  7. Increase heat to medium-high; cook and stir 5 minutes or until liquid is slightly reduced.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Stir in steak sauce.
  10. Serve sauce over steaks.
