Mexican Style Stuffed Cheese Recipe
- 1 (2 lb.) piece desired cheese
- 1/2 of a 15 ounce. can refried beans
- 1 (4 ounce.) can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and minced
- 1 med. tomato, seeded and minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon bottled warm pepper sauce
- Cheese options: use grnd brick of cheese, cut about 3 inch thick; Cheddar, Colby, Edam, Fontina, Gouda, Monterey Jack, or possibly Provolone.
