Chicken Noodle Soup
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 bag of mixed vegetables
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 quart chicken broth
- 3 cup celery ribs
- 1/2 box uncooked egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Per heat oven on 400.
- Season chicken with salt pepper and a little garlic powder.
- Put a table spoon of olive oil in pan with chicken then cover.
- Cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- (You can also boil your chicken if you don't had any chicken broth).
- Place onions and celery in pot and sautAS with olive oil.
- Once translucent add chicken broth and mix vegetables cook until tender.
- Add chicken and noodles to pot.
- Let cook for 10mins (You can also not add noodles and boil rice on the side.)
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
