Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Per heat oven on 400.
  2. Season chicken with salt pepper and a little garlic powder.
  3. Put a table spoon of olive oil in pan with chicken then cover.
  4. Cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. (You can also boil your chicken if you don't had any chicken broth).
  6. Place onions and celery in pot and sautAS with olive oil.
  7. Once translucent add chicken broth and mix vegetables cook until tender.
  8. Add chicken and noodles to pot.
  9. Let cook for 10mins (You can also not add noodles and boil rice on the side.)
  10. Remove bay leaf before serving.
