Queen's Park Julep

• 2 ounces bourbon
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
• Crushed ice
• 5 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 1 mint sprig, for garnish

1. In a chilled collins glass, combine the bourbon, lime juice and Rich Simple Syrup.
2. Add crushed ice.
3. Spin a swizzle stick or bar spoon between your hands to mix the drink, then add more crushed ice.
4. Top with the bitters, garnish with the mint sprig and serve with a metal spoon-straw.
