Pineapple Chicken
- 1-1/2 qt. canned crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1-1/2 cups white wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup GRAVY MASTER Seasoning and Browning Sauce
- 6 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 24 each bone-in chicken breast halves (1/2 lb. each)
- Mix all ingredients except chicken in saucepan.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer on low heat 5 min.
- or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
- Remove 1/3 of the pineapple mixture for brushing onto the chicken as it cooks.
- Keep remaining pineapple mixture warm for serving with the cooked chicken.
- Grill chicken on medium heat 30 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with the removed pineapple mixture the last 10 min.
- Serve chicken topped with the remaining pineapple mixture.
