Easy Veggie Salad with Yogurt

  1. Toss broccoli, corn, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce and cheese in a bowl.
  2. Mix together oil, vinegar, and grated topping.
  3. Drizzle over salad.
  4. Divide into 4 equal portions.
  5. Enjoy 4 TRISCUITS with each salad on the side.
  6. Complement each salad with 1 cup yogurt.
  7. Serve an 8 fl oz glass of water per person with the meal.
