Easy Veggie Salad with Yogurt
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 carrots, grated
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping

- 32 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Toss broccoli, corn, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce and cheese in a bowl.
- Mix together oil, vinegar, and grated topping.
- Drizzle over salad.
- Divide into 4 equal portions.
- Enjoy 4 TRISCUITS with each salad on the side.
- Complement each salad with 1 cup yogurt.
- Serve an 8 fl oz glass of water per person with the meal.
