Balsamic Vinegar Marinade Recipe
- 1 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. White wine
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 x Shallot, chopped
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil or possibly 1 tsp dry
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Makes 1 1/2 c. This is a greatmarinade for a butterflied leg of lamb.
