Crock-Pot Steak Fajitas
- 34 cup chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 fresh minced garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 lbs flank steaks (sliced in strips)
- 1 onion, chopped or sliced
- 3 sweet red pepper strips
- fajita-size flour tortilla
- Combine first eight ingredients in the crockpot.
- Place chopped onion and red peppers on top.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Enjoy!
