Orange Rosemary Almonds
- 1 lb raw almonds
- 4 teaspoons safflower oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 teaspoons grated orange zest
- Heat over to 350 degrees.
- Place almonds on sheet pan, toss with safflower oil and roast 8 minutes.
- Mix orange zest, rosemary, salt, cayenne and sugar in large bowl.
- add almonds and toss to coat well.
- Store in airtight container.
