Shortbread Cookies Recipe

  1. Resift flour with baking pwdr.
  2. Cream butter with sugar till light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually blend in flour mix.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Roll out on floured board to 1/4 inch thickness.
  7. Cut into desired shapes.
  8. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 min till edges are very lightly browned.
  9. Cold on wire racks.
  10. Makes 2-2 1/2 dozen cookies.
