Berry Smooth Shake Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen raspberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk, cold
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 banana
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 -5 ice cubes
- Put berries and milk in the blender.
- Blend on medium for about 1 minute to get the berries really blended into the milk.
- Add yoghurt, honey, banana and vanilla.
- Blend at medium until well mixed, roughly 30 seconds.
- Add in ice cubes.
- Pulse a few times or start on low, then go to medium to get the ice cubes chopped up and well distributed through the smoothie.
