Mom's French 75

• 6 ounces Champagne
• 1/3 -ounce cognac-based liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
• 2 dashes bitter
• Lemon twist, for garnish

1. Add all the ingredients to a glass filled with ice and stir to combine.
2. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
