White Pizza with Roma Tomatoes

  3. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F with a pizza stone inside.

  5. Shape the pizza dough on a piece of parchment paper.

  7. Spread the Alfredo sauce on the pizza dough very thinly.
  8. I emphasize: very thinly.
  9. If not, things get a little gross.

  11. Sprinkle on the mozzarella and layer the thin slices of tomato on top.

  13. Sprinkle a little Parmesan on top of the tomatoes.

  15. As soon as the oven is fully preheated, slide the parchment paper with the pizza on top straight onto the pizza stone.

  17. Bake for 10-14 minutes, consume, rejoice!
  18. You could even sprinkle it with fresh basil right before eating, if thats your thing.
