Bailey's Irish Cream Truffles Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream tog over very low heat.
  2. Whisk in yolks, one at a time, mix will thicken.
  3. Whisk in butter.
  4. Chill overnight, or possibly till hard.
  5. With spoon make small balls.
  6. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, minced nuts, sprinkles, etc.
