Swordfish-Fruit Kabobs

  1. combine first 7 ingredients to make a marinade.
  2. cut swordfish into 2" chunks.
  3. marinate fish at least 30 minutes.
  4. cut pineapple to have 16 chunks.
  5. cut nectarines into quarters.
  6. thread pieces onto skewers.
  7. grill 10-15 minutes, brushing with marinade and turning often.

olive oil, lime juice, rosemary, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, swordfish steaks, pineapple, nectarines
