Fresh Herb and Garlic Marinade

  1. Whisk together ingredients in a nonreactive dish.
  2. Arrange meat in dish; rub with marinade.
  3. Cover refrigerate, turning meat occasionally.
  4. Remove meat from refrigerator; let it come to a cool room temperature before cooking.
  5. Remove meat from the marinade; discard the marinade.
  6. Using a paper towel, wipe off any large pieces of herbs or garlic from meat.
  7. Season meat with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook meat as desired.
  9. Garnish with herbs; serve with lemon wedges.
