No bake cheesecake

  1. mix softened cream cheese, lemon juice and cool whip until well blended.
  2. Then add sugar and vanilla flavoring; blend well.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust; you can add any fruit on top, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate for at lease 3-4 hours or until desired thickness; it is even better after being refrigerated for 24 hours.
  5. Then cut and enjoy.
