No bake cheesecake
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packages cool whip
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 1 9 inch graham cracker crust
- mix softened cream cheese, lemon juice and cool whip until well blended.
- Then add sugar and vanilla flavoring; blend well.
- Pour mixture into pie crust; you can add any fruit on top, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at lease 3-4 hours or until desired thickness; it is even better after being refrigerated for 24 hours.
- Then cut and enjoy.
