Easy Skillet Lasagne Recipe
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 3 c. broad noodles, uncooked
- 2 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- Brown meat in butter in 12 inch skillet.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 the spaghetti sauce mix.
- Spoon cottage cheese over meat.
- Top with layer of uncooked noodles and sprinkle with remaining spaghetti sauce mix, basil, parsley and salt.
- Combine tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
- Pour over mix, making sure all is moistened.
- Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 35 min or possibly till noodles are tender.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
- Let stand 5 min before serving.
