Chicken Skewers with Brown Rice

  1. Thread each of 24 skewers with 4 oz.
  2. (115 g) chicken, and 1 oz.
  3. (30 g) of each vegetable.
  4. (Or, thread ingredients onto 1 skewer for trial recipe.)
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. For each serving: Grill 1 skewer 4 to 5 min.
  7. on each side or until chicken is done.
  8. Place on plate; drizzle with 1 tsp.
  9. (5 mL) dressing.
  10. Serve with 1/4 cup (50 mL) rice.
