Buffalo Burger Topping

• 2 tbsp butter, softened
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 celery rib, finely chopped
• 6 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
• 1/4 cup Louisiana style hot sauce

1. In a small bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy
2. Beat in hot sauce and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Chill until serving.
4. Spoon onto cooked burgers.
5. Top with celery and cheese.
