Chocolate Pan Cake
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup water cold
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box powdered sugar sifted

- Put the BUTTER, VEGETABLE OIL, COCOA, and WATER in a pot and bring to a boil.

- Using a mixer, combine the SUGAR, FLOUR, BAKING SODA, VANILLA, EGGS, and BUTTER MILK in a large bowl.

- Pour hot mixture in to the bowl and mix well.
- 4.
- Pour mixture in to a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.

- Put the BUTTER, COCOA, and BUTTERMILK in a pot and bring to a boil.
- 2.
- Remove from heat and add the POWDER SUGAR and the VANILLA.
- 3.
- Mix well.
- 4.
- Pour over cake.
