Bombay Pita

  1. Mix chicken, coconut, salad dressing, almonds, raisins, sugar and curry powder.
  2. For each serving: Fill each pita half with about 2 Tbsp.
  3. salad greens and 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture.
  4. Serve immediately.
