Spicy Sweet Bacon Wrapped Chicken

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into one inch (2 1/2 cm) cubes.
  3. Cut each bacon slice into thirds.
  4. Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.
  5. Mix together brown sugar, chili powder and cayenne pepper.
  6. Dredge the wrapped chicken in the sugar chili powder, hot pepper mixture.
  7. Coat a rack and broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan.
  9. Bake at 350F (180C) F for 30 to 45 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  10. Your time will vary depending on how fatty your bacon is.
