Baked Citrus Tilapia
- 2 tilapia filets
- 1/3 cup champagne vinaigrette
- 1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp orange peel seasoning
- 2 tsp ground coriander seed
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 salt
- Marinate tilapia in champagne vinaigrette for one hour.
- Rinse and pat dry.
- Drizzle EVOO over filets.
- Season.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 10-15 minutes or until fish reaches 145
- Garnish with lime zest and minced parsley.
