Baked Citrus Tilapia

  1. Marinate tilapia in champagne vinaigrette for one hour.
  2. Rinse and pat dry.
  3. Drizzle EVOO over filets.
  4. Season.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 10-15 minutes or until fish reaches 145
  6. Garnish with lime zest and minced parsley.
