Healthy Quick Rice Bowl
- 1 packages Bird's Eye Steamfresh Protein Blends: California Blend
- 1 packages 90 Second Brown Rice
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained and rinsed
- 4 tbsp pinenuts
- Prepare brown rice in the microwave as directed at n package.
- Split between two large rice bowls or salad bowls.
- Top each bowl of brown rice with 1/2 cup of pineapple tidbits (rinsed and drained)
- Prepare Protein Blend in microwave as directed on package.
- Divide and add half on top of each rice bowl.
- If desired reheat each bowl for 20 seconds in microwave to heat through.
- Sprinkle pinenuts on top of each bowl.
