Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

  1. Add meat to skillet.
  2. Cook on medium flame until browned.
  3. Once browned discard the oil ( that the meat released).
  4. Preheat oven to 375
  5. Add all the other ingredients to the meat as below.
  6. Let cook.
  7. Then add the spaghetti sauce.
  8. You can choose any flavor you like.
  9. I used mushroom.
  10. Now you need your 6 bell peppers with the Tops cut off .
  11. (Don't discard them so you can use them to cover your bell peppers before sticking it into the oven.)
  12. Start adding 2 tablespoons of the cooked meat at a time into each bell pepper until halfway filled.. Then Add 2 teaspoon of sour cream to each one filled.
  13. Add more meat until almost filled.
  14. Add mozarella cheese and cheddar cheese as you like.
  15. And finally dash parmesan cheese on top.
  16. Ready for the oven!!!
  17. Cook for 45 - 55 minutes or until tender.
