Turkey Scallopini
- Cooking oil
- 4 ounces turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Garlic salt
- Flour, for dredging
- 1 -ounce chopped onion
- 1 1/2 ounces mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 ounces turkey or chicken broth
- 2 ounces Marsala wine
- In a skillet heat a few tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Sprinkle the turkey breast pieces with garlic salt and then roll in the flour until coated.
- Brown the turkey breast pieces in the oil and then add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
- Cook a few more minutes and then drain off the excess oil.
- Add the broth and Marsala wine and reduce heat.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
