Chicken in Brandy Cream Sauce

  1. In 10-in skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken in oil 10-15 min., turning once, until juices of chicken are clear.
  3. Stir in mushrooms, onions, salt and brandy.
  4. Cook 4-5 min.
  5. or until mushrooms are tender and most of liquid has evaporated.
  6. Gradually stir in whipped cream.
  7. Cook about 2 min.
  8. or until hot.
  9. Serve over fettuccine.
