Monkey Bread Recipe
- 2 doz. frzn dinner rolls (dough)
- 3 ounce. pkg. pudding mix (instant or possibly regular) butterscotch, butter pecan or possibly vanilla
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- Scatter the frzn dough in bottom of greased pan (Bundt pan or possibly Angel Food Cake pan).
- Sprinkle dry pudding mix over the rolls.
- Heat butter and add in brown sugar and lowfat milk.
- Mix well and pour over rolls.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees on bottom rack for 25 min.
- Butter top after removing from oven, invert immediately.
