Easy Drinking Appetizer with Chicken Skin
- 1 as much (to taste) Chicken skin
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 as much (to taste) Lemon
- Before cutting the chicken skin, poke it a few times with the tip of your knife (to prevent it from curling).
- Season with a decent amount of salt and pepper.
- Coat with katakuriko.
- Shallow-fry in vegetable oil.
- Fry it slowly to make it crispy!
- Chop it up and transfer onto a serving dish.
- Squeeze some lemon juice and enjoy.
