Rad's Coffeecake
- 1 1/2 cup Plain flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 5 tbsp milk
- 4 tsp coffee (dissolved in 4 tbsp hot water )
- Preheat the oven 180c
- Oil two baking tins (8 inch I prefer)
- Put these dry ingredients in the food processor and mix them
- After processing the dry ingredients add
- Process everything into a smooth batter .
- Transfer it to the tins dividing the batter equally.
- Bake it for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes give a check if its done.
- Let it cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
