Have a Merry Christmas with a Chiffon Cake

  1. Refer toto make the base chiffon cake.
  2. If you bake it on Christmas Eve, you only have to decorate it on Christmas Day.
  3. Of course, as it's a chiffon cake, it will stay fluffy for 2-3 days!
  4. If you are making cocoa chiffon cake, mix 20 g cocoa powder with cake flour.
  5. You can use orange juice (100%) or simmered tea instead of water - anything you like...
  6. Here, I simply coated it with heavy cream and decorated with blueberries.
  7. I melted leftover chocolate over hot water and used it for decoration.
