Have a Merry Christmas with a Chiffon Cake
- 1 refer to Non-oil chiffon cake base
- 1 pack Heavy cream
- 1 pack Strawberries
- 1 Mint and decorations
- Refer toto make the base chiffon cake.
- If you bake it on Christmas Eve, you only have to decorate it on Christmas Day.
- Of course, as it's a chiffon cake, it will stay fluffy for 2-3 days!
- If you are making cocoa chiffon cake, mix 20 g cocoa powder with cake flour.
- You can use orange juice (100%) or simmered tea instead of water - anything you like...
- Here, I simply coated it with heavy cream and decorated with blueberries.
- I melted leftover chocolate over hot water and used it for decoration.
