Double Apple Spice Muffins

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, and splenda in a large bowl and sift until fluffy.
  2. Mix milk, applesauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk in a separate bowl.
  3. Slowly add liquid mix to the dry while constantly stirring.
  4. (it will be a thicker batter).
  5. Start to fold in the apples until even throughout batter.
  6. Srapy Pam on a muffin pan and spoon the batter to the top of each cup for larger muffins.
  7. ( for smaller fill 3/4).
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until tops are golden.
  9. Let cool and enjoy!
