Pineapple Jalapeno Salsa
- 20 ounces, weight Pineapple Tidbits, Drained Or 2 Cups Fresh Pineapple Chopped Into Small Pieces
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Chopped
- 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Place in refrigerator for at least one hour prior to serving.
