Cookies, Pudding & Mandarin Orange Fluff

• 1 (16 ounce) container whipped topping (cool whip)
• 8 ounces keebler fudge-striped shortbread cookies
• 12 cup buttermilk
• 2 ounces fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
• 2 (16 ounce) cans mandarin oranges

1. Crush or break up cookies.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Serve.
