Epicure's Edam - Stuffed Edam Cheese

  1. Slice top from the cheese.
  2. Remove the cheese from center, leaving 1/2 inch shell.
  3. Shred cheese; add margarine and sherry, beating until smooth and well blended.
  4. Refill shell; chill.
  5. Serve with crackers.
