Creamy Dos Leches Mango Flan Dessert

  1. Mix evaporated milk and condensed milk in large bowl until blended.
  2. Stir in mangos.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Reserve Caramel for later use.
  5. Stir 2% milk into Flan Mix in small saucepan.
  6. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  7. (Mixture will be thin.)
  8. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  10. Meanwhile, bring 1 cup water to boil.
  11. Add to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  12. until completely dissolved.
  13. Stir in remaining water.
  14. Pour into 13x9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  15. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  16. Cut flan and gelatin into 1-inch cubes.
  17. Add to mango mixture just before serving; stir to evenly coat.
