Campfire Kabobs Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple.
  2. Reserve 1/2 c. juice.
  3. In medium pot, combine soup, reserved pineapple juice, extra virgin olive oil, and chili pwdr.
  4. Heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. On skewers, arrange alternately bologna, green pepper, and pineapple.
  6. Grill 4in above coals.
  7. Brush with sauce.
  8. Cook 8 min or possibly till warm, brushing with sauce frequently.
  9. Serve on buns with remaining sauce.
