Serrano chili verde con Tomatillos
- 15 Serrano Chiles (destemed)
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 small Tomatillos
- 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Peel and wash Tomatillos.
- Char Tomatillos on each side on grill on medium heat.
- Lightly char garlic cloves and Serrano chiles.
- Add Tomatillos, Chiles, garlic to blender.
- Crush lightly.
- May need to push ingredients into blade.
- Do this safely, don't stick body parts in blender.
- Add oil and salt to mix.
- Finish blending.
- Serve and eat..
