Artichoke & Crab Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Can Of Artichokes Whole In Water, Chopped And Drained
- 8 ounces, weight Can Of Crab Meat, Drained
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Divided
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Black Pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Drain and coarsely chop the artichokes.
- Add mayonnaise, pepper, and lemon juice and blend.
- Add crab meat and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese; fold into artichoke mixture.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot.
- Serve with your favorite chip or cracker.
- I use Staceys Bagel Chips.
