Artichoke & Crab Dip

  1. Drain and coarsely chop the artichokes.
  2. Add mayonnaise, pepper, and lemon juice and blend.
  3. Add crab meat and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese; fold into artichoke mixture.
  4. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Serve with your favorite chip or cracker.
  9. I use Staceys Bagel Chips.
