Chicken Parmigiana

  1. Mix Bisquick, cheese and paprika.
  2. Dip chicken in the milk.
  3. coat with the cheese/Bisquick mixture.
  4. Place skin side up in an ungreased baking pan.
  5. Drizzle with margarine/butter.
  6. Bake in 350F oven for approx 1 hour or until done.
