STOVE TOP Ham Steak Supreme
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 4 ham steaks (700 g), 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup Kraft Honey Mustard BarBQ Sauce
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, adding zucchini and red peppers to pan along with the stuffing mix.
- Spoon onto 2 ham steaks in large baking dish; cover with remaining ham steaks.
- Brush with half the barbecue sauce.
- Cover loosely with foil.
- Brush 40 min.
- or until heated through, uncovering after 30 min.
- and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Cut in half to serve.
